7-Building Steel Mini Storage Complex Supplied in Bedford, Indiana

These (7) Regency Steel mini storage buildings are now part of a self-storage facility in Bedford, Indiana.

Fabricated in March of 2023, the buildings have (148) storage units distributed among them, allowing the owner to collect a steady stream of revenue from renters. Water and damage-resistant, each building features rugged 26-gauge PBR roof and wall paneling and has gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on its 0.5:12 roof.

Renters can access their storage units through one of either (132) 4’x7’ or (16) 9’x7’ mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and rent space in one of the following buildings.
