Regency Steel Buildings sent the kit for this Brilliant White prefab. steel mini storage building to Athens, Illinois, in November of 2022.

The custom, 58.5’x177.75’x8.5’ steel mini storage building features upgrades throughout and contains (37) storage units the owner rents out in exchange for a fee. The storage units inside come in a wide array of sizes, catering to renters with a variety of storage needs, and the business features White 26-gauge hallway panels and 29-gauge partition panels that break up the interior into individual storage units.

Also included are 26-gauge liner panels that line the back walls of the storage units and wire mesh that covers the top of them, adding another layer of security. Inside, the steel building features the following mix of storage units.

Each renter accesses his or her rented storage unit through a Forest Green mini storage door with a stainless-steel latch. The building also meets or exceeds local building code requirements, which the buyer verified with the local building department before finalizing the mini storage building’s design.
