Designed for renters with traditional self-storage needs as well as those looking to store boats or RVs, the mini storage building has Charcoal-colored roof and wall panels and Rustic Red trim and doors. Attractive and easy to maintain, the custom self-storage building features high ceilings that can easily accommodate large RVs, a single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch and rugged 29-gauge wall partitions separating the inside into individual storage units.

The 50’x230’x14’/16’ steel storage building features:

• (1) 20’x50’ storage unit

Each renter has 24/7 access to his or her rented unit through a Cedar Red RV storage door with a chain hoist and a stainless-steel latch. The roof of the self-storage business also has DripX condensation control on its panels, helping guard against leaks and condensation.

A heavy, 60.4-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind load are additional customizations made to meet local building codes.
