7-Building Steel Self-Storage Facility Supplied in Post Falls, Idaho

The owner of several existing Regency Steel mini storage buildings and self-storage businesses wanted to open a new facility in northern Idaho and bought these (7) new Regency mini storage buildings in September of 2022 to house the new business.

The structures and storage units come in a variety of sizes, and some of the buildings have high ceilings so they can accommodate RVs, boats and other oversize items in addition to traditional storage needs. Each renter has access to his or her storage unit through a private door, and each building has 29-gauge dividers with Galvalume finishes breaking up their interiors into rentable units.

Building A: 15’x140’x7.9’/8.5’; single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch

All seven structures also have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof, helping prevent condensation while protecting stored goods from moisture, mold and mildew.

Each building also meets local building code requirements and features a 40-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind rating. Situated just west of Coeur d’Alene and east of Spokane, Washington, Post Falls is situated within northern Idaho’s Kootenai County.
