Regency Steel Buildings provided these (13) prefabricated steel mini storage buildings on behalf of a customer in Bakersfield, California, in late April of 2019.

Together, they serve as Bakersfield’s All-American Self-Storage, which rents clean, secure storage units in a wide range of sizes to residents of surrounding Southern California. Rugged, long-lasting and insulated with R-18 roof insulation to maximize energy efficiency, the metal mini storage building provides a reliable space for renters to store assets while protecting them from rain, pests and other potential sources of damage.

The (13) metal self-storage buildings come in an array of different sizes and include (1) 30’x290’x10.5’ storage building, (3) 30’x280’x9.5’ steel storage buildings, (4) 25’x280’x9.5’ storage buildings and (1) 20’x280’x9.5’ building. Also included on the property are (1) 20’x290’x9.5’ mini storage building, (1) 30’x220’x10.5’ building, (1) 30’x175’x10.5’ building, and, finally, (1) 30’x35’x10.5’ steel storage building.

Overhead, each of the (13) self-storage buildings boasts its own Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and distributed among them are (715) framed openings. Featured are (67) 8’x9’ openings, (400) 8’x7’ openings, (195) 3’x7’ openings and (26) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (26) 9’x7’ mini storage doors.
