Mini Storage Outlet provided these prefabricated self-storage buildings for a customer in Versailles, Missouri. Together, the pair of prefabricated storage buildings function as a mini storage facility.
Both buildings are crafted from top-of-the-line steel materials and is covered overhead by a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches.
The first mini storage building stands 20’x300’x8.67’, it has an added a vapor barrier in the roof to help prevent the formation of condensation. The prefabricated mini storage is home to a total of (31) units, (29) of which are 10’x20’ with 9’x8’ framed openings and (2) of which are 10’x10’ units, with 9’x8’ openings on one end. Renters access their through (31) 9’x8’ Model 650 steel mini storage doors.
The second building is adorned with gray paint and stands 30’x220’9.5’ once fully erect. Inside the building are a total of (50) framed openings varying in terms of size and function. Included are (6) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (6) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, (22) 8’x7’ openings enclosing (22) 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (22) 9’x8’ openings enclosing (22) Model 650 mini storage doors.
Additional aspects and special features of the mini storage building include Missouri engineer-stamped drawing, wedge anchors and fasteners and 29-gauge partition panels with a Galvalume finish.
