Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the building offers steadfast protection for assets housed inside and features durable, damage-resistant steel construction. Once raised, the mini storage building stands 45’x168’14.13’/16’ and features higher overhead clearance than a traditional storage building, making it well-suited for housing RVs, boats or oversize machinery or equipment.

The single-slope roof of the steel self-storage building is comprised of rugged Galvalume paneling and has a slight 0.5:12 pitch, and it has DripX condensation control pre-applied to it, helping prevent condensation. There are also gutters and downspouts diverting water and snow away from the mini storage building’s roof and foundation.

Inside, the building contains (12) 14’x45’ storage units, each of which has one of (12) 12’x14’ framed door openings. Each door opening encloses one of (12) 12’x14’ roll-coil Model 1000 painted mini storage doors with chain hoists, offering each renter access into his or her storage unit.

Additional customizations include a 112-mph wind speed rating and a 25.2-psf snow load, which boost durability while maintaining compliance with local building codes. Located in Saunders County in east-central Nebraska, the city of Wahoo sits roughly 44 miles west of Omaha and about 31 miles north of Lincoln.
