Mini Storage Outlet supplied these two Regency brand mini storage buildings for an existing self-storage complex in Whitmore Lake, Michigan.
The steel mini storage buildings are Light Stone in color with Crimson Red roofs. The first structure is 30x90x9.5 and the second is 40x180x9.5. Both were built with 4:12 roof pitches and 9.5′ eave heights in order to match existing structures on the property. Due to the humidity in the Michigan region the purchaser also opted for galvanized framing, a Drip X roof panel to prevent condensation, a higher eave height and higher door than standard.
The storage complex features (60) Janus M650 Roll Up Doors in Patriot Red color to compliment the buildings.
