Together, the (3) buildings function as a mini storage facility, and among them, they have (183) rentable storage units. Comprised of rugged, quality steel parts, the first building is 30’x430’x8.5’ in size, while the second stands 30’x410’x8.5’ when erect. The third building in the self-storage complex is 30’x100’x8.5’ in size, and all (3) have reliable protection overhead in the form of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roofs with 0.5:12 pitches.
