Boasting attractive polar white paint and a rugged and durable Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, the building now serves as a mini storage complex. Crafted from high-end steel components, it stands 20’x100’x8.5’ once fully erect, and inside it are (60) framed openings, each of which is equipped with one of (60) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless steel latches.

To enhance durability given the climate of the area, which is characterized by strong storm patterns and rare, but occasional hurricane activity, the mini storage complex features a snow load of 20 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 106 mph.

A part of Monroe County in south-central Alabama, Monroeville lies about 138 miles outside Tuscaloosa and about 100 miles from Montgomery.
