Regency Steel Buildings was the proud provider of this pre-engineered metal mini storage building in Sagle, Idaho, in March of 2020.

The building contains multiple shops the owner sells to businesses to use for warehousing. Rugged and secure, it features premium-quality steel construction and stands an expansive 20’x200’8.5’ in size when erect. The mini storage building’s heavy-duty Galvalume steel roof offers protection from above and has a 0.5:12 pitch, and (44) framed door openings serve as additional features, providing individual access to each unit.

Found throughout the storage complex are (36) 9’x7’ framed openings enclosing (36) 9’x7’ mini storage doors and (8) 4’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (8) 4’x7’ mini storage doors. In consideration of Sagle’s seasonal snow patterns and the area’s building and engineering code requirements, a 58-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as additional customizations.

Located in northern Idaho’s Bonner County, Sagle is an unincorporated community that has seen considerable growth recently. It sits about 5 miles south of Sandpoint; about 50 miles north of Coeur d’Alene.
